After several years working for an appraisal firm in Chicago, I saw a growing need for personal property appraisal services closer to my community. As a solution, I established PAST / PRESENT / FUTURE Appraisal Services.
Our primary service areas are Northern Indiana, Chicago, and the Chicagoland area, but we also provide services nationwide. We provide a variety of appraisal services for insurance companies, lawyers, and private clients.

Our areas of specialization include: art, antique and vintage furniture and decorative items. We can appraise a single item or the entire contents of an estate.
